Third Horizon Hurricane Relief
To assist those in the Caribbean who are suffering the impact of hurricanes Irma and Maria, Third Horizon Caribbean Film Festival is partnering with with Pérez Art Museum Miami and The Miami Foundation to offer free admission to patrons who donate hurricane relief supplies through Sunday, October 15th, starting with Third Horizon’s Opening Night Party on Thursday, September 28th at 7:30pm. Donations will be delivered to islands throughout the Caribbean impacted by hurricanes Irma and Maria, and administered by the South Florida Caribbean Strong Drive.
Patrons are asked to donate the following:
- Bottled Water
- Chlorine Tablets
- Non-perishable food supplies
- Tarpaulin
- Toiletries/Sanitary/dignity kits
- First aid kits
- Medicine – aspirin, pepto bismol, etc.
- Batteries/flashlights/solar lanterns
- HAM Radios
- Insect repellant
- Sleeping bags, blankets pillows, mats
- Baby wipes/Foods/diapers
- Clothes
